Occupational Safety

To stay safe, protect the environment and the property, and to comply with the occupational safety and health protocols and procedures, we pay particular attention to all of the followings:

  • We have occupational safety personnel assigned to conduct inspections in each project,
  • We encourage medical screening by healthcare professionals before employment and recruiting,
  • We provide 16-hour training on occupational safety and health for our recruited personnel,
  • We have training and certification programs intended for our field staff.
  • We hold in-house meetings for occupational safety,
  • We use materials and tools compatible with the occupational safety requirements,
  • We encourage our personnel to take responsibility for occupational safety rules.

Quality and Compliance

  • To minimize incorrect manufacturing and practices thanks to pre-intervention evaluations,
  • To encourage attendance to project design meetings,
  • To stick with the architects’ and employer’s visions, to seek feasibility for minimum costing and search for alternative products, to come up with better analyses, clearing expectations and minimize on-the-go obstacles,
  • To analyze the project field and projects and prepare price offers accurately,
  • To designate and assign at least one staff member to control per project,
  • To check up with the manufacturing process, pre- pre-intervention material check and project compatibility,
  • To invest the project with required personnel and equipment and deliver in a timely fashion,
  • To encourage the personnel to attend to professional competence training.
